Over the years, requirements for entitlement and design have evolved, yet the concepts of incorporating the zoning code, platting requirements and environmental review continue to be the driving force for obtaining permits. Goldsmith excels in its ability to assess these requirements and organize them into a program and schedule, ultimately implementing them into the plans.  Throughout the entitlement processing, we establish a professional rapport with land use permitting departments and can be directly involved with coordinating communication between an agency’s or municipality’s staff and an inter-disciplinary team of environmental specialists.  This team of water resource biologists, geologists, landscape planners, transportation engineers and legal land use and zoning specialists—some of whom are Goldsmith team members—provides the necessary expertise to successfully direct a project design.
