As a Senior Project Manager for Goldsmith and Associates, Erik is responsible for designing and preparing construction plans for residential and commercial development projects. He is knowledgeable in all aspects necessary to secure construction permits for road and storm plans, sewer plans and water plans, and has obtained construction, land use, preliminary plat and/or entitlement permits from most major governmental agencies in the state of Washington. His expertise includes design of storm water management facilities, roadway design, infrastructure systems, and site grading. Erik interfaces directly with developers, clients, expert consultants, and others during project feasibility, planning, infrastructure planning, engineering design, permitting, and construction support of residential, and commercial development projects
