As Senior Planner at Goldsmith, Bob is responsible for creating and preparing designs and graphic representations for subdivisions and residential preliminary plats, mixed-use master plans, binding site plans, and survey plats (i.e. condo plats). He assists in preliminary engineering plan preparation, including road, storm water, and sewer plans. Bob is also experienced in providing electronic design support for project teams, such as site evaluations of physical constraints. He also assists in the preparation of complex graphics associated with design issues during the feasibility and preliminary stages of planning using GIS, photogrammetric and vector data.
