As a Land Use Planner, Jo has successfully prepared technical plans and written documents for approval of subdivisions, site plans, planned unit developments, mixed-use developments, and conditional use permits. As Project Coordinator, she coordinates multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and consultants on a variety of land use and real estate development projects, facilitating project team meetings, assigning project tasks, establishing timelines-and most importantly-working to meet client expectations and deadlines. Her responsibilities include coordination with regulatory agency staff, and tracking permit applications through the review and approval process at the local, state, and federal levels.
