David N. Loy, P.L.S.

Senior Survey Project Manager

As a Senior Project Surveyor for Goldsmith, David is in charge of all facets of field surveying, including topographic surveys, photogrammetric ground control surveys, boundary surveys (residential lots and section subdivisions) and construction surveys (roads, sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, curb and gutter, and building layout).  He has also been involved in directing GPS mapping projects, specifically for a 6,000-acre project in southeast King County. In addition to field duties, David is responsible for quality control of field data and office computations, and provides direction to other Goldsmith surveyors and survey department technicians.
