Engineering Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Scott has many years of diversified experience in civil engineering design, permit procurement and construction administration.  He is responsible for designing and preparing construction plans for both commercial and residential projects from inception to completion, and manages projects with proactive leadership and personal attention to detail, specifically focusing on TESC, grading, storm drainage, and utility design.  His responsibilities include project management, construction permit procurement, project control, preliminary plat, and local, state, and federal agencies coordination.  Scott’s expertise includes design of TESC and storm drainage facilities, infrastructure design, site grading, construction administration, scheduling, feasibility studies, value engineering and cost estimating.
