Abstract:
The Project is located above 1,000 feet in elevation overlooking the Cities of Bellevue and Seattle, with breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains and Lake Washington. The Facility is truly a gem in the Seattle area. What made this project most challenging is that portions are constructed on a closed landfill site which accepted demolition and construction waste for two decades. The Golf Club at Newcastle is an incredible transformation in land use.
