Klahanie is an extremely successful project consisting of 23 divisions and amenities listed above. It originally was planned at much lower density as sanitary sewer was not available to the site. The Developer commissioned Goldsmith to route and design a sewer trunk to serve the property from the METRO East Lake Sammamish Feeder. This Off-site Trunk, called the Laughing Jacobs Lake Trunk, was completed in conjunction with the first Division.
