Abstract:

The QFC projects typically are located within large, commercial retail centers with an anchor tenant and several other separate, commercial / retail buildings.  The sites often have areas reserved for future expansion of additional commercial development.  Goldsmith work includes coordination with the applicable City or County, and the State of Washington through the entitlement process.  Utility Extension designs are required for this work.  Goldsmith also prepares and records applicable Final Subdivision Plans, or Binding Site Plans, as part of the project approval process.
