Abstract:
Goldsmith was the lead development consultant for site improvements for a new commercial building / fitness center. Goldsmith coordinated with sub-consultants including landscape, lighting, and geotechnical engineering to obtain entitlement for site development, including SEPA processing and approval. The project was the re-development of the prior commercial facility, including the demolition of the existing 63,000 square foot building and replacement of the existing stormwater system. Project development required coordination with the City of Federal Way, and also the City of Des Moines for required right-of-way use permitting for off-site improvements.
